SWEDEN a green and spacious country
Sweden, which lies 2,600 kilometers from Turkey, is, from the perspective of sheer land mass, one of Europe’s largest countries. From the northern tip to the southern stretches, Sweden is 1,600 kilometers long.
And, with a relatively small population compared to its land mass, Sweden has less than one person per square kilometer. A full 90 percent of Sweden’s population lives in the nation’s south. Around one-sixth of Swedish land mass lies north of the Arctic Circle. Its neighbors are Finland and Norway.
